Chelsea and Jeremy met and dated all through high school in the (very) small town of Denver City. They made it official last Friday at Yoakum County Park and the ceremony was sweet and beautiful... and wet. That's right folks, it poured rain, then sprinkled, then poured rain again for about two hours. About the time everyone started thinking they should move things inside the rain slowed down enough to go ahead with the ceremony. We all ran outside and watched as the bridal party rushed through the procession and Jeremy and Chelsea rushed through the I Do's for fear that it would start pouring again, and the whole thing was over just in time for... perfect weather. Yes, not a drop of rain and just enough cloud cover to keep things cool. And that's why we love West Texas.
The dress, and of course, I gotta get a shot of the shoes...
Getting ready with a little help from mom (and check out the fabulous detail on the back of the dress, love it!)
Looking gorgeous...
One of the guys and one of the gals...
One with mom...
And a kiss from dad.
Cute flower girls :)
A quick blessing...
the rings...
the kiss...
Married!!
Got the bride and groom alone for a couple of shots afterward...
This old piano was hiding in the corner of the clubhouse so I thought I'd put it to good use...
Ready for cake!
Love this cake topper :)
Sign your life away, Jeremy! I just love Chelsea's expression in the shot on the left...
Jeremy had everyone cracking up over the garter...
And last but not least, the first dance.
Chelsea and Jeremy, thank you so much for trusting me with your extra special day! I truly enjoyed every minute spent with you and your families. Everyone made me feel right at home and a part of everything, and the barbeque wasn't bad either!
Chelsea, you are a beautiful girl and I hope your handsome and funny husband keeps you laughing throughout the rest of your lives together. I wish you both the very best future ever! K:)
